We simply visited baby clinic to get my baby weighed. I go every month as I like to know how he is progressing. This visit I had no concerns or questions, but I know I can always ask if I do have them and have done in the past.
The nurse in charge has treated me previously and I remember her. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced practitioner. The treatment was extremely thorough and explained to me as it went along. All my extra questions were answered and clear explanations given. I never felt as though I was being rushed. Both the nurses involved in my treatment were friendly and took time to talk with me. The clinic seemed very well equipped and all the necessary bandages and creams were readily available. I received gold standard service today.
There was a real problem trying to arrange my next appointment. Although the dressing on my leg needed to be changed within 7 days, there was not a single available time until 18 days later ! This sounds like this department is seriously understaffed and that the demand for the services of these nurses far outstrips what they are able to provide.
We are sorry that you experienced difficulty in arranging your next appointment but thank you for taking the time to comment on our services.
Helen looks after my elderly auntie and uncle and has been extremely helpful trying to secure my uncle a nursing home position. This is a unknown territory to myself and my auntie and she has been a great help and we wouldn't have known where to start without her.
Great experience! Prompt answering of phone and request dealt with quickly with a good sense of humor. Nurses organised and visited within 2 hours. Job done!!
i was generally happy with the service i received. Couldn't really be helped with timescales of treatment. dealing with a sensitive part of the body however staff were able to make me feel comfortable about the procedure and after care.
Had an appointment with my CPN today, who is always excellent.
The NHS provides a good enough service to keep me well without me having to worry about the cost of going private because times are tough and there's not too much wealth going spare.
I was happy with the care I received today. The appointment was on time, the nurse was friendly and treated me with respect. I liked how she wrote down any advice she gave me so I could take it away with me along with appropriate leaflets.
visiting nurse very caring and delicate as possible removing about 40 staples from me at my home and I'm not the best patient in the world so her good sense humor was a bonus and helped the task. Gave advise on keeping wound clean and ordered supplies to treat.
very good
